Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

During high-volume periods (such as new drops, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimate 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

 Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues).


Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

 Lost or Delayed Packages

Believing Heart is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

However, we’ll always do our best to help you locate your package.


Wrong Shipping Address 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

International Orders 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once your order reaches its destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
